These terms govern your use of StudyNaija. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use StudyNaija.
StudyNaija is an online platform for practising Nigerian exams such as JAMB UTME, WAEC and NECO. It offers past questions, topic practice, mock CBT exams, study notes, literature summaries, video lessons, games, leaderboards and community features.
You must be 18 or older, or be under 18 with the consent of a parent or guardian, which you confirm by ticking the box when you sign up. You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
StudyNaija offers Pro and Premium plans. New students receive a 7-day free trial of Premium. When the trial ends, you need to subscribe to Pro or Premium to keep using StudyNaija. Until you pay, you can still sign in to choose a plan and submit your payment. We will not charge you automatically.
Paid plans are paid by bank transfer to the account details shown in the app. After you transfer, you submit your payment details and your plan is activated once we confirm the payment. Prices and plan features are shown in the app and may change; changes do not affect periods you have already paid for.
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires or where we say otherwise in writing.
Past questions and video lessons on StudyNaija come from MySchool.ng, and we use them with MySchool.ng's permission under an agreement with us. Study notes, literature summaries and analysis are written by us in our own words.
All content remains the property of StudyNaija or its owners. You may use it for your own personal study. You may not copy, resell, republish or share it in bulk, or use bots to collect it.
StudyNaija is a study aid. We work to keep questions and answers accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free, that they match any future exam, or that you will pass or score any particular mark. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by JAMB, WAEC, NECO or any examination body.
Do not cheat leaderboards, duels or challenges, share your account, use another person's account, upload harmful or unlawful content, harass others in the community, or try to break or overload the platform. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
You are responsible for what you post. By posting, you allow us to display it on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
If you believe content on StudyNaija infringes your rights, email studynaijaapp@gmail.com with details and we will review it promptly.
StudyNaija is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, interruptions of service, or decisions you make based on the content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using StudyNaija and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
